
<html><head></head><body><div class="ydp9b636b43yahoo-style-wrap" style="font-family:arial;font-size:16px;"><div id="ydp9b636b43yiv6718980760"><div><div style="font-family:arial;font-size:16px;" class="ydp9b636b43yiv6718980760yahoo-style-wrap"><div dir="ltr">Friends</div><div dir="ltr">I am puzzled by the number of people who seem confused about lodging options for the conference.</div><div dir="ltr">The two on campus options are the brand new Ursa Hotel (www.hotelursa.com) which is $169.00/night plus tax. 15 rooms are being held at that price until 5/24. If available more can be had at that rate. The hotel is a few minutes walk from all the other events and sessions.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The DATV dorms--the same ones we used last time are available at the rate of $30.00/night for a double and $65/00 single. They are also a short walk from Welles Conference center.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">The Bangor area has many more hotels and is only a fifteen minute car ride away, but the summer is the money season and if the conference should occur at the same time a major concert or other event is scheduled rooms will skyrocket. Some rooms, normally $150.00 will be over $300.00. </div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">I'd advise booking as early as you can.</div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Bruce</div></div></div></div></div></body></html>
