There are many variables Housing factors in, such as number of nights, linens vs none, suite vs double occupancy, meals eaten on Campus, etc. But, if we look at the current pricing, increase by 2 or 3% for inflation YOY, and keep it at the high end, it would still be less than $60 per night - most likely more in the $50-55 range.
