<div class="ContentPasted0">I'm writing to ask for suggestions for new texts for my one of my sports lit courses. Specifically, I'm interested in hearing about texts that have worked well in the college classroom, and I'm looking primarily for new (to me) "literary
nonfiction" (broadly construed) and accessible and engaging critical essays (eg Dave Hickey's "The Heresy of Zone Defense") to rework a syllabus around pieces students would be inspired to use as models, roughly, and hopefully, speaking, for writing of their
own.<br>
