<div>Attached you will find an Amicus brief filed with the Supreme Court in the Alston Case (NCAA v. Alston) that will be argued before the Supreme Court next week. A number of Sport Historians have endorsed the document including myself. The case involves

 the NCAA use of the term "amateur" to deny NCAA athletes the right to compensation for their athlete services.
