<span class="" style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif">The Sports Studies Caucus of the American Studies Association will award its second annual Graduate Student Paper Prize at the ASA’s 2019 meeting in Honolulu. All currently-enrolled graduate students presenting
sports-related papers at the annual meeting are eligible to submit their papers for consideration. The Caucus created this prize in order to highlight excellent new work on sports by rising scholars in our field. The winning paper will make an original intervention
in American Studies scholarship through the critical analysis of sports.</span><span class="" style="font-size:12pt; font-family:Arial,sans-serif"></span></div>

paper. Submissions should be MS Word documents between 2500 and 4000 words, and should conform to a recognized citation style (e.g., Chicago, APA, MLA). The winner will announced in Honolulu, at the annual Business Meeting of the Sports Studies Caucus (please
