As of tonight I've received only 14 abstracts for the Conference on Baseball in Literature and Culture, so I'm extending the proposal deadline another two weeks, to January 31.  Please encourage people you know who may be interested in presenting a paper to send me a proposal by the end of this month.  Ideally I'd like to have 25 proposals in hand to give this spring's conference some critical mass.

I've attached the revised CFP-feel free to forward it to friends and colleagues.
