FriendsThe entree choices are as follows.Lime Marinated Flank SteakLebanese Grilled Chicken BreastHoney Spice Pork Loinand for a gluten free and vegetarian choice, Butternut Squash Quinoa Cakes with Mornay.
Seafood prices have soared so as mentioned before the lobster option has rolled off the table.
The banquet will be at 6:00 PM with a cash bar from 5:00PM until 7:30PM.
I need everyone to make his or her choice ASAP. I will be away this weekend at my 55th Prep School Reunion in VT. but will answer emails as I get them when I am there but not while in transit to VT on Friday or during the return trip Sunday.
UMaine uses a fibre based woven material for all linens in the dorms that eliminates thousands of gallons of waste water and chemicals from entering the environment. If you don't like that idea, you may wish to bring your own, though the word is these sheets and towels crafted from recyclable tree fibers are fine. The Hotel Ursa uses traditional linens.
Also--anyone who is arriving in Bangor by air or bus be sure I have your arrival and departure times.Many thanksBruce
