Hi everyone, the registration and accommodation sites are (finally!) ready not go.

Here's the site to register:

some process notes (we're using a system meant for ticketing, so there's a nuance or two):

- If you scroll down on that main page, you'll see a link for university accommodations, and a couple of hotel suggestions. I'll include the accommodation link and some comments on that down below as well.

- the site will likely ask you to do a one-time passcode login with your email. Once you've done that, you can start filling out details.
- the first couple of pages are straight-forward. If you have dietary requirements or accessibility needs, please include comments on those in the appropriate section.
- there's a question that asks about the poetry reading and the banquet. The dates are incorrect  - poetry is on Thursday, the 22nd, and banquet on Saturday the 24th. But please still indicate if you're interested in those events (it will get fixed, but I didn't want to hold things up any longer for typos).
- most important, on the "Tickets" page, there are two tabs. You click +1 on the conference registration to add that to the cart, then the "Step 2" tab is for the banquet. You can add your own, and extra banquet tickets there if someone is coming with you.
- the registration costs includes breakfast, lunch and breaks from Wednesday through Saturday, as well as food at the poetry reading.

- the start page there describes different accommodation options.  To book, hit the "Book Room now" button on the upper right.
- the next page allows clicking an accommodation type, and then there's a details page.
- after that, it will ask arrival and departure dates.
- on the "Tickets" page, it's 2 steps again. Step 1 confirms accommodation, and step 2 allows you to put in # of nights to populate the cart.

As a final note, I'm asking if people can get in touch with me about arrival and departure times at the Fredericton airport. My colleagues, students and I will pick up and drop people off, since it's quite close by (10 KM from UNB).


Thanks for your patience and understanding  in an period where our poor conference services people are struggling to do 2-3 jobs each. All will come off as well as it did in 2016, in the end.
