The current uncertainty regarding the pandemic makes it necessary for this year's conference to be held on-line. We are very sorry that this is the case. Hopefully, this will be the last time we have to meet this way. Please attend. Let's keep our community of scholars as connected as we can until we can meet in person again--in 2023!
