Jeanne Schinto’s anthology Show Me A Hero has a good selection of women writers, but I believe it’s out of print.

Subject: Anthologies of Women's Sport Literature
Dear Matthew,
These two books are the only anthologies in English that I am aware of that pertain to women and sport.
Joli Sandoz - A Whole Other Ballgame: Women's Literature on Women's Sport
my book with Anne Darden - Crossing Boundaries: An International Anthology of Women's Experiences in Sports
Also, Anne and I edited a special issue of Aethlon devoted to women's sport literature in 1997.
Good luck with your class.
Kind regards,
Susan Bandy
