[ARETE] New List-serve for SLA to replace L-ARETE

  Tim Morris has asked me to set up a replacement ARETE list-serve discussion list for SLA since the one a UTA is no longer functioning effectively. This new list-serve will continue to be a moderated list. Let me know if you no longer wish to subscribe.
