<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Hi all, Here’s an article about how voluntary school doesn’t work. There’s a section in it entitled “Little or no progress” which cites some research that students aren’t learning much from remote instruction.
I thought you might be able to use this to bolster your argument that students need special instruction to be able to “catch up” since they have fallen behind. This fall is a new beginning, and the schools have plenty of money to spend on special instruction.
