[Simtrainer-l] GIST 2016 expiration Date Fix

Hi. The most recent update to GIST (Summer 2016) may have an expiration
program glitch indicating that that  version has expired. If you have this
problem, email me, and I can send you both the PC and Mac fixes. This
version has the course and unit builders and expanded professional
development support examples/resources. We are not supporting the student
