[Simtrainer-l] Interested in your take on the writing

Susan,
As an English teacher and SIM trainer, I would score the sentence as a run-on. Looking at the rest of the text, the student doesn’t appear to understand when to use commas, which leads me to believe that the student used the comma as a pause rather than for a compound sentence.
