[Simtrainer-l] SIM Learning Strategies Course Development

Hello,

I'm doing some work with learning strategies and was wondering if anyone
could assist and maybe provide some help.  Does anyone have a course
syllabus/course requirements developed for the SIM Learning Strategies
(Academic Strategies) class?  We used to offer it at my school, but there
was never a syllabus or rationale created. I'm also looking for a course
organizer(s) as well.  I understand that some schools offer two different
semesters, a LS I and a LS II.  Was there a rationale or qualifications for
students that were enrolled in that class?  Do you also have a course
description for the course offerings book by any chance?  What data was
used to recommend students to take the class?

I'm trying to create the class and have to present it to the curriculum
department for review and there's a course proposal form that also has to
be completed.

Any information or support you can provide or share documents - I would
greatly appreciate it!
