Hi Martha: I believe in the LINCS Strategy instructor's manual there are a couple of devices where learning something is anchored to learning a basketball play. See Cue Cards #11 and 12. Perhaps you can build on them. Jean

Subject: [Simtrainer-l] Examples of Concept Anchoring Devices

Hello fellow SIM PDers, I am going to be doing follow-up with some teacher who received initial PD in Concept Anchoring. Among the teachers I will be working with are physical education teachers. I am looking for examples of Concept Anchoring devices that would apply to PE. If you have any I would appreciate examples being sent to me.
Thanks, Martha
