Hello all,
Yes, you can find the slides and documents for the Self Advocacy Strategy in SIMville. Locate the Self Advocacy Strategy, and you will locate all of the accompanying downloadable resources.
In fact, SIMville probably contains more resources than you ever imagined. Any handouts or SIM videos from KUCRL's long history that could be converted and uploaded have been and are cross-referenced to each strategy or routine or conference thanks to Mona and Peony. SIMville is usually a good starting point but asking the Network for resources as well can yield great results. Remember to include Mona or Peony or me so we can archive the resources you share.
Thank you,
Patty

I'm teaching a 6th grade special education reading class for very low level students (students with autism and intellectual disabilities) who are decoding 2-3rd grade level and have even lower comprehension skills. I'm at a loss as to which program/curriculum to use. Any suggestions?
Thanks-
Jen Menkhus
