Hi everyone,

We wanted the List serve to have a copy of the newsletter that was sent out to over 7,000 teachers, administrators, and others who’ve opted into our SIM Educator mailing list.  I also wanted to let you know that since we started the SIM Micro-credentials program last year, over 1,100 people have received SIM Micro-credentials or are in the process now!  We’re very excited to pass the 1,000 user mark and would like to thank you for all the work you’re doing. Keep up the good work!  We love following you on Twitter and Facebook and hearing from you via email.  Remember to renew your Strateworks, report your PD, and plan to attend the 30th Anniversary SIM Conference in July 2017.

SIM Micro-credentials

Every day more educators are receiving their SIM Micro-credentials to put their SIM knowledge on display. Micro-credentials, commonly known as badges, recognize your investment in professional learning and your dedication to giving your students the evidence-based interventions and tools that can make a difference in their lives.  The micro-credentials can be earned individually, and subsequent levels can build upon previous levels to demonstrate increasingly deeper levels of learning and practice.  Micro-credentials can be shared online on pages like Linked-In and Facebook or attached to your CV to show your learning specialties.
