[Simtrainer-l] Sentence Writing Strategy

I have integrated PENS into my weekly vocabulary.  Students can practice the sentence writing strategies they are learning and apply them to current or previous vocabulary.  This is the bigger picture of Generalization.

In a classroom of 25, students are finishing within 5 minutes while others take the entire 45 minutes.  They're looking for meaningful activities that will  support the work they're doing in sentence writing.  Has anybody come across any good activities they could share?
