<i>next Fall </i>class the Application for Use form will need to be submitted, it looks like by the instructor, by Nov 3. Take a look at the layout of the rooms, separate tables etc. Could be, I think, for breakout sessions or methods/math work, table space
work, lab, etc? So, I think they will need to have an idea of what time in the standard patterns the class would take place too. Something to think about. I know there may be some reimagining of how we get some classes to conform to some of the new
scheduling requirements, which will be more tightly enforced. See below. <br>

the communication will be released for Fall 2026 update with no classes assigned to allow for the faculty application process and it is important that we keep these rooms available for instructors that complete the application process. If any classes are scheduled
into these rooms during the initial update period without approval, we will remove the classes and notify individual scheduling officers of the removal. We appreciate your continued support as we work to improve the classroom experiences for instructors and
