<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">This is just a reminder that our annual recognition ceremony is happening on this Friday. We meet in the (Big 12) room across from Woodruff Auditorium on the 5<sup>th</sup> floor of the Union at 6pm. We take
pictures, mingle with students, etc., and then we sit on the stage and represent our department during the ceremony. As you know, it’s very meaningful to our students and their families that we are there. It is probably the most personal of their graduation
events. Their name is called, they introduce their parents to faculty members at the reception afterward, and so it is important for us to be there, barring unusual circumstances.
