I hope you are well. We will have two faculty meeting this semester on November 3<span><sup>rd</sup> and 17<span><sup>th</sup>. The first meeting will address the Academic Program Review that the department needs to complete by December 15th. Most of the review

 is compiling department level data, but there is a section that requires the department goals for the next four years. We can discuss this during the November 3<span><sup>rd</sup> meeting. The next faculty meeting will address the graduate program and discuss

 proposed changes.  I am working with the graduate studies committee, and we will send out the proposals before the November 17<span><sup>th</sup> meeting.
