<p style="background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;"> Proposals for questions and/or an experiment are <b>due to the American Politics Survey Committee</b> (Haider-Markel and Mullinix) by<b> July 15</b>. Your questions and/or
experiment should only require about 2 minutes of time to complete. Depending on how many people submit questions you might be asked to shorten your submission .</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></p>

<p style="background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;"> The survey will use online panel respondents and be representative of the U.S. adult population. However, this will not be a random probability sample survey (those are simply
too expensive and provide similar results). We are planning for a 20-minute survey. The sample will likely include about 1,200 respondents.</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></p>

<p style="background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;"> The annual survey will take question and experiment contributions from all the POLS faculty, but preference goes towards including questions that directly relate to “the </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(32, 31, 30);">advancement
of the American Political Process</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;">.” With this in mind a set of common questions are included in the survey for all to make use of. <b>Common questions are attached.</b></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></p>

<p style="background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: black;"> Individual faculty submitting questions decide whether or not other faculty would be allowed to collaborate with them on projects using the originally proposed questions
