too expensive and provide similar results). We are planning for a 20-25 minute survey. The average cost would be $4500-$6500 with 1,100 to 1,600 respondents.</span></p>

two years, but we all have access to the common data. After a two year embargo the data set can be open to anyone.</span></p>
