<p>Colleagues, given that COVID-19 has dramatically changed our teaching and research abilities, if you would prefer to reallocate your effort for this semester please let me know.<br>

<p>For example, most of us are currently at 40% research, 40% teaching, and 20% service. A professor that needs to put more effort into teaching to get courses online could suggest a new allocation of 20 R, 60 T, and 20 S.<br>

<p>What does this do? It would mean that your teaching evaluation would be weighted more heavily in your annual evaluation relative to research and service.<br>
