<p>Colleagues, I am attaching a memo regarding agreed upon guidance from American politics and Public Policy faculty on P&T.<br>

<p>Recall that this is an attempt to have an informal document intended to provide more specific guidance to faculty in a subfield about how P&T cases are evaluated. <br>

<p>I hope that the other subfields can generate informal memos as well. If so we'll plan on meeting in the fall to see if we can create a unifying document.<br>
