<p class="MsoNormal">This email pertains to academic units with GTAs. If your department does not have GTAs, you may disregard this email.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Later this week, faculty who supervise a GTA will receive an email from Human Resource Management (HRM) asking for them to report to HRM that an evaluation has been presented to the GTAs they supervise. The email will include a list of
all GTAs they supervise. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>For each of the GTAs listed in the faculty member’s email, they will be asked to visit the following web address to report to Human Resource Management that they have met with the GTA and delivered a performance evaluation for the 2016-2017
academic year. <o:p></o:p></b></p>

</span><span style="color:black">that the evaluation has been presented to the employee, unless the evaluation is unsatisfactory. If an evaluation is “unsatisfactory” HRM requests a copy. Please consult with your respective Vice Provost (VP) and/or Dean to
determine if those individuals wish to receive a copy of GTA evaluations. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
