Summer Teaching Opportunity in Kosovo


Are you interested in having a teaching and learning experience abroad this summer? The University of Prishtina encourages KU faculty to apply to teach a short course in the Prishtina International Summer University in Kosovo from July 6-July 17, 2026!



The University of Prishtina is looking for faculty in any discipline (with a preference for political science, security studies, and late 20th century US history and international relations) to propose a course to co-teach with a faculty member from the University of Prishtina. Courses are taught in English and meet 3 hours/day for 10 days. That time can be divided up in whatever ways the co-instructors determine. Faculty teaching in the Prishtina International Summer University receive a 700 Euro stipend, dormitory housing, meals in the student cafeteria, and travel to and from Prishtina.
