[Pols-l] finals, incompletes

Hello, I think we may be okay this semester, but just a reminder to be aware of any potential conflicts with final exams.  I am not certain if notifications are being sent out to classes that may have potential conflicts as they used to be sometimes.  Let me know if you need me to look up an extra available room for a student's exam.  The conference room is sometimes in use with defenses in the Spring so may not always be available.

In my meeting today, we were told that they will start having a form or record at some point to help indicate which classes usually have a final exam.  This will be helpful to be able to look this up.

Also, be sure to be following up with students on any incomplete grades from the prior Spring.  After one calendar year an incomplete will convert to an F if not changed.
