[Pols-l] Spring 2025 Interim Department Chair

Hello,

I hope everyone is well. I will be on medical leave for the Spring semester from January 21 to May 18, 2025.  I have a procedure scheduled in early February and I will need time for recovery.  I am going to fine, but my recovery time will take up most of the semester.

Professor Mike Wuthrich has graciously accepted the position as Interim Department Chair for Spring 2025. He will officially start on January 21 until the end of the semester. I will be available until January 21 and then department correspondence will go through Mike until the end of the semester. I greatly appreciate Mike stepping in as department Chair, and he will do a fantastic job. He and I are working togehter for a smooth transition. I will be back serving as Chair in June.
