[Pols-l] POLS Grad advising meeting

Hi everyone,



I hope the spring semester is going well for you-at least it is accompanied by nice weather now!



I'm hoping we will only need to have one meeting this semester, but we do have several things to get your input on and give updates on and allow for discussion. We will need to set our regular committees, and we will probably also need at least one, if not two, TT/promotion committees. Because of the likely need for promotion committee, we will need to get that settled before we get into April as there will be initial work that we will need to do for these even toward the end of the spring semester before the summer.



The meeting agenda would be the following:



  *   Grad program updates
  *   Undergrad program updates
  *   Graduation and awards ceremonies
  *   2025-26 regular & promotion committee assignments
