[Pols-l] Annual Faculty Evaluation Form for Spring 23 and Fall 23

Happy New Year! I hope you are well.

It is this time of year where we will soon begin the process of evaluating faculty as part of the annual evaluation for Spring 23 and Fall 23.  You need to submit the attached departmental form and your most recent CV.  The instructions are attached.  The deadline to turn in the forms is February 16, 2024 by 5 p.m.
