On behalf of the officers for the Great Plains Political Science Association (GPPSA), we are pleased to invite you to the 2024 Great Plains Political Science Association Conference. For 27 years, this conference has offered undergraduate, graduate, faculty, and professionals in political science the opportunity to present their work in front of a diverse audience of faculty and students. Our conference welcomes presentations and participation from all areas of political science and related disciplines from collegiate, post-collegiate, and professional scholarship. This conference is a great opportunity for networking and early-stage research projects as well as completed projects.


There are three main components of the conference we would like to draw your attention to:

  *   Panels for the presentation of research by faculty and graduate students (Friday only)
  *   Undergraduate poster competition (Friday only)
  *   Political science pedagogy workshops (Saturday only)


Our 2024 conference will be held November 1-2, in-person at Wichita State University’s campus. Participation at our conference includes membership in GPPSA, access to all sessions, and lunch on Friday and Saturday.
