Good Morning Everyone,



I hope you are well. Just a reminder, tomorrow is our Marwa Africana Lecture. This year our lecturer is Mohammad Buba Marwa himself. He will be in the US to speak at the United Nations and will come to the University of Kansas from New York to give his lecture. Dr. Marwa has held numerous positions in Nigeria, including Ambassador to South Africa and most recently the Chairman of the Nigerian National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. The topic of his discussion will be connected to his current position and is entitled, “War Against Substance Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking: The Nigerian Story”.
