[Pols-l] Faculty Annual Review Updated Instructions

The previous instructions for faculty annual evaluations had the PRO information and instructions, but KU is no longer using PRO.  Instead, I have updated the instructions for Faculty Insight that has replaced PRO. Let me know if you have any questions.
