The Center for Teaching Excellence at the University of Kansas seeks a tenured KU faculty member to serve as a half-time Associate Director focusing on pedagogical strategies for improving diversity, equity and inclusion. The Associate Director works with the Director and other CTE staff members in planning, implementing, promoting, and evaluating the Center’s programs and activities; creating teaching-related materials for faculty members and GTAs; and working with colleagues locally, regionally, and nationally to advocate for and recognize excellent teaching.

This is a 9-month, 0.50 Associate Director/0.50 Associate or Full Professor position, plus a supplement of 2 biweekly pay periods during the summer.
