Subject: [Pols-l] Open faculty fellow positions in Honors
Hello,
Here is a fellow position from University Honors Program.
Take Care,
John
Dear Colleagues,
The University Honors Program will appoint three new faculty fellows to serve three-year terms starting in fall 2022. We are seeking applicants with a strong commitment to teaching, mentoring, and academic innovation. Please share this information with faculty in your department or program.
Faculty fellows teach a one-credit hour honors seminar, serve on program committees, and contribute to the development of new initiatives in their areas of interest. More information can be found here<http://honors.ku.edu/faculty-opportunities>.
Current faculty fellows have helped to expand alumni mentoring efforts, led the development of a new program-wide social justice program, contributed to the reimagining of Honors’ admissions processes, facilitated the expansion of experiential learning activities with campus and community partners, and individually mentored many talented students.
Faculty fellow positions are open to faculty and full-time lecturers in all schools. For specific disciplinary needs, compensation, and application details, please visit our application page<https://honors.ku.edu/honors-faculty-fellows-nomination>. Applications will be accepted through April 1, 2022.
Thank you for helping us to promote this opportunity. I’m available to answer any questions.
Best regards,
Sarah
