[Pols-l] Masks and Travel Funds

Hello,

I hope you are well.

As we kickoff the semester, I have two announcements to make.

First is the availability of extra masks. There are 350 masks in the office, so please feel free to take a few extra masks to class with you in case some students forgot to bring their own. I will get more if we need them over the course of the semester.

Second is travel funds.  I realize the Delta variant has altered travel plans, but there are conferences and possibly research travel in Spring that might be feasible.  The department has $1,000 for each faculty member for travel and the College has an additional $700 this year (see https://policy.ku.edu/CLAS/faculty-travel-funding).
