[Pols-l] chair for search committee, noon 9/21

Colleagues, so far we only have Robert volunteering to serve as the chair of the chair search committee.

If there are no other volunteers by noon tomorrow we'll go ahead and let Ben know that Robert will be the contact point for the search.
