Colleagues, please remember to enroll in a health insurance plan before this Sunday.

Enrollment

Open Enrollment starts October 1, 2020 and ends on October 31, 2020.

State Employees will find the 2021 health plan rates in the 2021 enrollment Guide booklet.  Non State Employees should contact their Human Resources or local administrator for 2021 health plan rates.

This is an Active Enrollment Year. All covered members must enroll in a plan during the Open Enrollment period. If a Plan is not selected by October 31st, you will be automatically enrolled in Plan N.

NOTE: Members who have waived coverage will remain waived.
