  Re: For commencement - Students with family coming from out of town should be making
  sure they get hotels etc. booked now if they have not already

*         By March 1, Students should Apply to Graduate on Enroll & Pay
 to be sure to be in the commencement program.  Directions<https://sis.ku.edu/sites/sis.ku.edu/files/Apply%20for%20Graduation_1.pdf>

*         March 18-19 Grad Fair at the union.  Students can order regalia etc.

Departmental awards presented & Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society initiates announced

*        Friday, May 15 Department of Political Science Recognition
Ceremony (Graduation) 6:30pm  Woodruff Auditorium
Faculty be there by 6pm and in regalia for picture prior to
lining up and entering during ceremony
& Students graduating (BA, BGS) should try to be even earlier
 to fill in cards and line up for pics, also in regalia,  across hall
from Woodruff, in Jayhawk room, and will walk in together.
Parents & guests can proceed in to Woodruff and sit down.
Students should pre-register with GradImages<http://www.gradimages.com/Preregistration> and will receive
a 20% discount off their order.

        Masters Hooding will be 10:30 a.m. on May 16  Lied Ctr.
       Doctoral Hooding will be 7:30 p.m. on May 16   Lied Ctr.
       Main KU Commencement is May 17 10:30 a.m. Memorial Stadium
