Dear friends

I noticed last week that I was no longer able to print from my office to
the photocopiers in the main office.  Linda mentioned that some IT
staffers had been in making adjustments. I checked the systems and the
IP addresses of the printers were changed.

This may not affect you if KU IT manages your computers, but for me it
was fatal.  If you use a personal computer or phone and want to print,
you'll need this info.  Here's the information you need.

Blake-KM-South: 10.98.246.3
Blake-KM-North: 10.98.246.2

The port is 9100 if your software requires it.  In my "Device URI"
configuration, it looks like "socket://10.98.246.3:9100". In my system,
this is accessed as if it were an HP Jet Direct printer card.  It is
very possible if your config allows you to select "Network Printer" and
you put the IP address above, then your system will guess the required
protocol and it will ask you for a port number.

The printers are Konica Minolta C558 and the postscript printer drivers
for the KM series C550 should work.
