Deb Deering has decided to take an extended leave and will no longer be handling the needs of your unit. We will be working to fill this position promptly.  In the meantime please continue to work with the backup assigned to your unit on a full-time basis.  I will be monitoring Deb's email but please stop including her on any emails going forward.

I know that these absences have been challenging for your units and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused.  Know that we will be working quickly to get things in good shape to close out the fiscal year and ensure going into the next fiscal year that you have a fulltime person moving forward to ensure we can meet the needs of you units.
