[Pols-l] Nominations for Undergraduate Student Awards for POLS April 12 Event

Hello,


It is time to again begin the process of selecting our department's various student award/scholarship winners.   Attached is a list of our outstanding students as of this semester, although I am sure the list can be expanded.  The list includes students who have declared their political science major, as well as students who are declaring their pols major or have declared their public policy minor.


Please add comments about the performance of any of the students you have observed in class, particularly Juniors (most of the awards are designated for Juniors).


If you do not see a student on the list that you want to nominate, tell me the name of the student and I will check their eligibility.


After you have reviewed the list, please email the excel document with your comments back to me by Monday, April 1, 2019.  Again please write-in some additional positive comments.  I will summarize the comments I receive and may talk to some of you as I determine our award winners.


Award winners will be announced at our department event on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 3pm.


Also, let me know if you have any students that are working on their pols honors thesis.
