[Pols-l] Renting regalia form needs in by Friday, for departmental ceremony & commencement

A reminder that the faculty wear regalia ( cap & gown) at the departments recognition ceremony for the students graduating.
If you do not own your regalia, please  fill in the  rental form and submit it to me or the bookstore to rent your regalia, and do this
by Friday to avoid the late fee.  The department will pay for the rental.  Attached is the form.

You will be responsible for the pick up and return of your regalia.

The department's recognition is on May 17, the Friday evening prior to hooding and commencement activities.
