Before travelling you should always complete the SSC form, here: http://ssc.ku.edu/travel-request-form​ (at least 30 days before travel)

For your first travel of the fiscal year you should always use College funds first. Apply here: http://collegedean.ku.edu/travel-funding

After College funds your departmental funds for this year are $800.
