Hi Don,

Please see the attached report from your external review team. Our next steps are as follows:

1.      You will need to write a departmental response to the review. This can be in any format you choose. We typically give about 2-4 weeks for this response. Will a March 1 deadline give you enough time? If not, we can adjust.

2.      Carl and Jim will need to visit a faculty meeting to discuss the findings of the review with your department. I'll be out of the office for a few weeks on leave, but please send Jill Mignacca (copied here) a list of department meetings after March 1. She will then set a time for the two of them to join you.
Let Jill or Jim know if you have any questions or need to adjust the timeline any.
