A reminder that there is a faculty meeting today at 11 a.m., regarding the recent external review.
I'm also attaching the prior meeting's minutes.

 Pi Sigma Alpha will be on April 20  and
the department's recognition (graduation) ceremony on May 11

Hi Don,

Please see the attached report from your external review team. Our next steps are as follows:

1.      You will need to write a departmental response to the review. This can be in any format you choose. We typically give about 2-4 weeks for this response. Will a March 1 deadline give you enough time? If not, we can adjust.

2.      Carl and Jim will need to visit a faculty meeting to discuss the findings of the review with your department. I'll be out of the office for a few weeks on leave, but please send Jill Mignacca (copied here) a list of department meetings after March 1. She will then set a time for the two of them to join you.
Let Jill or Jim know if you have any questions or need to adjust the timeline any.
