Subject: Inactive Courses

Dear Colleagues,

Attached you will find a list of courses that according to a Registrar's office report have not been offered for five or more years.  These courses continue to appear in the Course Catalog even though they are no longer being offered on a regular basis.  In the interests of providing your students with the most accurate view of curricular options, we ask that you review the list and identify any courses that should be removed from the course catalog.

To remove the course, please submit a course deactivation in CIM no later than October 17, 2017.  We estimate the time burden for the CIM process to be approximately 1 minute per course deactivation.

We appreciate the time you take to help maintain the accuracy of the academic catalog.
