<i>May 17</i> (Friday at the end of finals week).  Faculty members, please  be at the
<i>Jayhawk room, 5<sup>th</sup> floor Kansas Union, and in your regalia, by 6pm at the latest to have group faculty picture before ceremony that is at 6:30pm, Woodruff.<o:p></o:p></i></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:#2F5597;mso-style-textfill-fill-color:#2F5597;mso-style-textfill-fill-alpha:100.0%">I also could use a few graduate students to help out with the department’s recognition of graduates.   One to help set
 up and pass students out their mug as they come down off the stage, maybe a couple to help pass out programs, and to help direct students to check in and parents to go on toward Woodruff.  Those volunteers will need to be early, around 5:30pm (May 17) and
 can stay and have refreshments after ceremony if they wish.  5<sup>th</sup> floor, Kansas Union.  Jayhawk room prior to ceremony in Woodruff.  You will probably know many of the graduating students.  This is a huge help to me as we used to have more staff
 to support this event.  I may also get a student that is a Junior to help.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
